A Note From Dr. Yamaguchi:

I am passionate about patient-centered, holistic care. I would define patient-centered holistic care as health care that takes into consideration all of the available medical evidence we have, as well as the patient’s values, beliefs, desires, and finances. I strive to provide patients with healthcare that they believe in and can take part in. I take time to discuss all of the available options; not just the ones the medical community recommends, or even just the options that I think are best.

In my free time, I enjoy going on adventures with my husband and spending time with with my sisters and friends. I also enjoy two-stepping, swing dancing, singing, sewing and reading.

A Note From Taelor Deike, FNP:

I became a nurse practitioner in order to empower people to take ownership of their health. It is an honor for me to be able to walk alongside patients in their journey towards physical healing and provide education and support along the way. As a provider, I am passionate about working together to find the best possible solution for my patients.

In my free time I enjoy going for long runs, camping, traveling to new places, and spending time with my family here in Austin.
