INSURANCE

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY TYPE OF INSURANCE. 

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY THIRD PARTY PAYMENT.

  • The cost of the first visit, including the cost of any testing completed at the visit, is due at the time of the visit. 

  • In special circumstances, we offer payment plans to returning patients, not new patients. 

ARRIVING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • If you are more than 7 minutes late from your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule you. 

NO SHOW/LATE FEE

FEE: $25

  • To avoid this fee, show up on time to your scheduled visit. 

  • If you show up later than 7 minutes past your scheduled time and we are able to still see you, you will get a $25 late fee. 

  • To avoid a no show fee, cancel by 9 am on the day of your visit.

  • Ways to cancel your appointment:

    • Cancel via the text message reminder you receive 24-72 hours before you scheduled appointment

    • Send a text message to our text line: (512) 772-2885

    • Call our office (can leave a voice message): (512) 772-2929

  • All no show fees are due before your next visit and can be paid at the beginning of your next visit. 

FOR REFILL REQUESTS PLEASE…

  • Contact the pharmacy to see if you already have refills, if you do not: 

    • Contact our office via text: (512) 772-2885

  • Contact us at least 3 business days before your refill is needed

  • DO NOT ASK THE PHARMACY TO SEND US A REQUEST, these requests are usually significantly delayed or do not reach us at all. 

  • We usually send enough medication/refills to get you to your next appointment

  • If you no longer have refills, you likely need to schedule an appointment

LABS

  • ALL labs are done in the office. 

  • We DO NOT send lab orders to other facilities. 

  • If you have labs drawn at other facilities (other medical offices or facilities that draw labs without orders) and would like the provider to address them, you will need an appointment.
